We are pleased to announce that following the acquisition of Elram Engineering by NGB Group in January 2018, the Integration process is now completed.
The merger of the two companies: “NGB Technologies for Industry and Conveying (1993) Ltd.” and “Elram Engineering and Advanced Technologies 1992 Ltd.” became effective as of July 1st, 2020, and the two companies will operate as one company under the same ID, with no change of owners.
The new company name is: NGB Elram Industries Ltd.
